PIN OR PASSCODE RESET


You can reset your CARD ATM/POS PIN and ONLINE CARD ACCOUNT PASSCODE in two ways.

1. SELF RESET: ONLINE

You can reset your CARD ATM/POS PIN yourself online. To do this, you will need to have your ONLINE CARD ACCOUNT PASSCODE;

a) Click on CARDHOLDER LOGIN  

b) Log in to your Online Card Account

c) Click on CHANGE PIN

 

2. RESET BY ZENITH BANK: PASSCODE RESET

If you have forgotten your ONLINE CARD ACCOUNT PASSCODE, this can be reset for you by Zenith Bank. You may also choose to request Zenith Bank to reset your CARD ATM/POS PIN. To do this, please REQUEST A RESET
