If your Visa GlobalTravelWallet™ card is lost or stolen,
contact Card Services (+250 788 384000) immediately or click on the customer service at the bottom
right hand corner of this webpage to speak to our customer service now.
At your request, Card Services can cancel the old card and request a replacement card.
Please note that Card Services will need to verify your identity prior to issuing a replacement card.

Rest assured that your balance is PIN protected and therefore your funds can still be accessed by you,
once you have received your replacement card.
