You can reset your CARD ATM/POS PIN and ONLINE CARD ACCOUNT PASSCODE in a variety of ways.
1. SELF RESET: ONLINE
You can reset your CARD ATM/POS PIN yourself online. To do this, you will need to have your ONLINE CARD ACCOUNT PASSCODE;
a) Click on CARDHOLDER LOGIN
b) Log in to your Online Card Account
c) Click on CHANGE PIN.
2. RESET BY THE BANK: PASSCODE RESET
If you have forgotten your ONLINE CARD ACCOUNT PASSCODE, this can be reset for you by the Bank. You may also choose to request the bank to reset your CARD ATM/POS PIN. To do this, please REQUEST A RESET
