Want to put more money onto your Card?

You can load/reload your card at any Ecobank branch, Rwandair office or Travel Agent in Rwanda. Just give them the amount you want to load and your card will be loaded for you. Please ensure you get confirmation of load via an SMS to your mobile phone (registered at the time you obtained the card).

If you do not have your card to hand, please ensure to have your customer ID (10 digit number written at the back of the card). Please refer to the card fees section for our ultra-low reloading fees. We will be introducing more load channels so watch this space.

Even with a zero balance, your Visa GlobalTravelWallet™ is still valid (up to the expiry date on the front of the Card),
and you can reload everyday, saving towards your next trip or for your next grocery shopping.
