Your card PIN or ONLINE CARD ACCOUNT PASSCODE can only be reset if you have loaded funds onto your card (This is what ACTIVATES the payment functionality of your card). If you have not loaded funds onto your card, please do so at your nearest Rwandair Sales Office or Ecobank Branch, before submitting this form.
