This application should ONLY be completed by BRD SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS who are applying for their STUDENT STIPEND CARD for use during their course of study in an educational institution OUTSIDE RWANDA. Your MONTHLY ALLOWANCES will be paid directly into this card.  

You will required to show your International Passport when picking up your card. You will also be trained on how the card works, and you will be given a Cardholder Handbook.
